Frame manufacturing is assured by process quality control. In addition, before assembly in Switzerland every frame undergoes a severe incoming inspection and measurement.

Each frame is heat treated after manufacturing to T6. This means that the maximal rigidity of the 6061 alloy is achieved straight after the manufacturing process. The quality is durable and the frame characteristic does not change even after years of use.

Redalp frames are certified EN 14766. Tested and proofed by the National institute of material control.

Warranty Limitations

Limitations of warranty (local laws my apply and different disclaimers and limitations may apply): This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product, non-compliance with manufacturer’s specifications of usage or any other circumstances in which the product has been subjected to forces or loads beyond its design.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use, failure to service according to Redalp recommendations and/or riding or installation in conditions or applications other than recommended.

This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts that are not compatible, suitable and/or authorized by Redalp for use with Redalp bikes.

This warranty shall not cover damages resulting from commercial (rental) use.
